Gbs Garlic Dressing

Put all dry ingredients in blender container cover and process at STIR until mixed well. Stop blender and add remaining ingredients. Cover and process at BLEND until thick. If you like a stronger taste of garlic you may put in an extra tsp. of garlic powder.

Sherry Tuna Dip

Combine cheese, sherry and mayonnaise in small bowl. Beat until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.

Cocktail Dressing

Combine ingredients; chill thoroughly. Serve with sea-food cocktails.

Garlic, Cheese, And Nut Dip

Crush the garlic with a garlic press and beat into the cream cheese until the mixture is smooth. Blend in the sour cream. Mix in the onion, spices, and dill, blending well. Cool Papaya Salsa

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Chill for 30 minutes before serving. Makes 1 1/2 cups

Curried Vegetable Dip

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate 24 hours before serving. Serve with fresh vegetables.

Calavo Guacamole Dip

pepper to taste Chop chili pepper, onion, garlic, peeled tomato and blend. Cut avocado into halves, remove seed and skin, mash with chili mixture. Blend in lemon or lime juice, salt, pepper, seasoned salt and dry mustard. Serve with crackers, corn chips, potato chips or tortillas. Makes 1 1/2 cups dip.

Turkey And Ham Rillette

2-3 tb melted butter Put ham and turkey into the bowl of your food processor and process using a pulsing action. Do not puree. Stir in softened butter, pepper and tarragon. Put into 3-4 small crocks. Refrigerate for an hour before covering with a thin layer of melted butter. Store in refrigerator.

Madras Dip

Add diced eggs to all other ingredients which have been smoothly blended in blender. Consistency is thin. Chill; sprinkle with paprika and serve with corn chips.
