Shrimp Dip #08

Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water; add onions and blend into softened cream cheese slowly. Add Worcestershire sauce, pepper sauce and lemon juice. Drain and rinse shrimp; shred with a fork. Blend shrimp into cheese mixture. Add mayonnaise if the mixture is too thick. Blend well. Refrigerate until chilled. Makes about 2-1/2 cups.

Garlic, Cheese, And Nut Dip

Crush the garlic with a garlic press and beat into the cream cheese until the mixture is smooth. Blend in the sour cream. Mix in the onion, spices, and dill, blending well. Pepperoni Pizza Dip

Beat together cream cheese, sour cream, oregano and garlic powder. Spread in a 9 or 10″ pie plate. Spread pizza sauce over cheese mix. Sprinkle with pepperoni and green onions. Bake at 350~ for 10 minutes. Top with Mozarella Cheese. Bake for 5 more minutes. Serve warm.

In saucepan boil tomatoes and peppers. Drain water and remove skin from tomatoes. put in blender with remaining ingredients and blend for a minute or until smooth, unless you prefer your salsa chunky. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes great “Juevos Rancheros”. Or make Guacamole by adding salsa to a mashed avocado.

Chop cilantro in a processor until well chopped. Add the lime juice, miso, olive oil, pepper and mirin. Process until smooth. Scrape down the sides as required. Makes about 1/2 cup.
