Kahlua Party Punch

Chill all ingredients well. Combine kahlua with undiluted apple juice concentrate and lemon juice. Pour over a small chunk of ice in punch bowl. Add sparkling apple juice, soda and champagne; stir gently. Garnish with thin lemon and orange slices. Makes 30, 1/2 cup servings.

Homemade Cream Cordial #1

In blender container, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth. Serve over ice if desired. Store tightly covered in refrigerator up to one month. Stir before using. (Makes about 1 quart.)

Preparation : Combine the ingredients and blend until creamy. Pour into stemmed glasses to 1 inch from the top. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.

Pink Pussycat

Place ice cubes in a tall glass. Pour in cherry brandy, cream and cherry juice. Stir well with a long spoon and fill glasses with lemonade. Garnish with cherry and serve.
