Ingredients:
4    -(up to)
5    Fresh mint leaves
1 ts Simple syrup (3 parts sugar
-to 1 part boiling water)
Finely crushed ice
1 3/4 oz Bourbon
Powdered sugar

Place mint leaves in julep glass. Add simple syrup and crush leaves. Fill
glass with crushed ice. Add bourbon; stir. Decorate with powdered sugar and
additional mint leaves.
