Combine onion and sausage in large non-stick skillet. Cook over medium heat; turn to brown evenly. Add reamaining ingredients and heat to boiling. Lower heat and cover; simmer 20 minutes until liquid has been absorbed. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes then fluff with fork.

Turkey Mac Skillet

SAUCE 1 c Water 1/2 c Thick and chunky salsa 2 (8 oz) cans no-salt-added Tomato sauce Brown ground turkey in oil in large skillet; drain. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 8-10 minutes or until macaroni is of desired doneness.

Speedy Sausage Chili

Grill the sausages under the broiler until browned. Drain and discard any melted fat. Combine with reamaining ingrediants in a saucepan. Simmer 5 minutes, until heated through.

Easy Cincinnati Style Chili
