Ingredients:
2 lb Tilefish fillets
2 c  Boiling water
2 tb Fresh lemon juice
1 ts Salt
ORANGE GRAPE SAUCE

Cut fish into serving sized pieces; place in well greased 10″
skillet. Add boiling water, lemon juice & salt; cover & simmer 8-10
minutes. Carefully remove fish to warm platter; serve with Orange
Grape Sauce.
