Ingredients:
1 lb Ground beef
3    Onions, sliced
1    Green pepper, chopped
1 cn Tomatoes, whole (medium)
1/2 c  Rice, uncooked
1 ts Chili powder
2 ts Salt
1 ds Pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pan fry ground beef until light brown in
skillet. Drain fat. Add onions and peppers and cook until onion is tender.
Stir in rest of ingredients and heat until warm. Pour in a casserole dish,
cover bake 1 hour.
