Ingredients:
Olive Oil
Onions
Garlic (fresh)
Basil, Salt, Pepper, Oregano
Touch of Sugar
Canned whole tomatoes
Tomato paste

1. Saute onions in olive oil until translucent. 2. Add garlic in chunks
(you can pick it out later) 3. Add whole tomatoes (“grind” them up in your
hand) 4. Add basil, salt, pepper, and oregano to taste. 5. If necessary,
add tomato paste to thicken it up, but its best if
just cooked down.
Optional: green pepper, celery, fresh mushrooms, crushed
red pepper flakes and cayenne pepper, paprika and parsley.
Another addition possibility is hot red pepper sauce.
