Ingredients:
6 c  Broccoli; cut into florets
1 tb Olive oil
1 tb Lemon juice
1 tb Balsamic vinegar
1 tb Dijon mustard

Cut broccoli into flowerettes, peel stem, cut into diagonal pieces. Steam
for 6-7 minutes until just tender crisp. meanwhile, in serving dish,
whiskRemaining ingredients for dressing. When broccoli is cooked, drain
and toss into dressing.
