Ingredients:
2 tb Oil
1/2 c  Shrimp meat
2 tb Minced onion
4    Beaten eggs
Sauce:
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
3 tb Soy sauce
1 ts Minced green onion
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1 pn Ginger
2 ts Brown sugar
1 tb Water

Heat oil in wok. Saute shrimp until pink. Remove. Saute onion until
tender. Return shrimp to wok & stir in eggs. Fry. To prepare sauce
combine all ingredients & whisk.
