Ingredients:
3    Egg whites
3/4 c  Low-fat milk
1 c  Low-fat yoghurt
3/4 c  Apple sauce
2 c  Wholemeal flour
1/2 c  Rolled oats
1/2 c  Oat bran
3 ts Baking powder
2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 c  Raisins
1/2 c  Chopped apricots

Preheat oven to 350F, prepare pans. Beat the egg whites lightly then add
milk, yoghurt & apple sauce. Combine flour, rolled oats, bran, baking
powder, cinnamon, raisins & apricots. Add the dry mix to the wet mix until
just combined. Spoon into pans & bake for 20 mins. Makes 12 muffins.
