20 oz Spinach, fresh
1/2    Cabbage; sliced fine
1 lb Bean sprouts
1 lb Potato, new
3    Egg, hard boiled

0:10 Cook potatoes with the skins on. Blanch vegetables until tender-
crisp. Chill all cooked vegetables; arrange attractively. Serve with saus
