Oil And Lemon Dressing

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl & beat well with a fork.

Cherry Coke Salad

Heat cherries and their juice to boiling. Remove from heat and add Jello. Stir. Add pinapple, juice and all. Pour in coke and nuts. Pour into an oiled 6-cup mold. Let cool, then refrigerate at least 2 hours or until set. Serve cold.

Artichoke Pasta Salad

Cook macaroni according to package; drain well, rinse with cold water and drain again. Turn into a large bowl. Add artichokes and their liquid, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, olives, parsley and basil; toss gently. Cover and refrig for at least 4 hours. Before serving, season with salt and pepper to taste.
