1. Sift flour, measure, and sift again with baking powder. 2. Beat eggs and sugar at medium for 30 minutes. 3. Add flour mixture and beat 3 minutes. 4. Add anise seed. 5. Drop by teaspoons on greased and floured cookie sheets. 6. Dry overnight. 7. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 12 minutes.
