Whole Wheat And Honey Banana Bread

Sift flour together, add baking powder and salt, resift. Cream together butter and honey, beat in eggs, then bananas. Add spices, add flour in 2 or 3 parts. Blend well. (Optional: walnuts, raisins, etc). Bake at 350F for about an hour. Makes one loaf.

Lemon Molasses Jumbles

Make Molasses Jumbles except stir in grated rind of 1 lemon (1 tablespoon) with molasses.

Preheat oven to 375=B0F. Into a large bowl, sift together the flour and the next six dry ingredients. In a small mixing bowl, combine the egg and the rest of the ingredients.
