Pita Toasts

Take 4 rounds of pita bread and spread them with 1/4 c softened butter. Cut each round in half and cut each half into 8 triangles. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350F (180C) for 15 minutes or until browned and crisp. Makes 64 triangles.
