Chocolate Chip Mint Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 and grease cookie sheets. Cream butter and sugars. Beat in egg, vanilla, and peppermint extracts. Add dry ingredients gradually along with the chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes. Makes about 3 1/2 dozen.

Merry Bars

Line a 8-8 pan with waxed paper. Cover bottom with layer of graham wafers. Mix above ingredients and put on the crackers, layer the top with crackers,then cover with an icing and refrigerate.

Combine raisins, sugar, flour, pinch of salt, lemon juice and water.Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick. Cool and use on cookies.

Melt the margarine in 9 x 13 pan. Add graham cracker crumbs, stir and press down. Add other ingredients as layers in order listed. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
