Cranberry Mold #1

Drain pineapple well. Use 1 cup of the juice, heat and dissolve Jello in it. Mash the cranberry sauce, heat and mix with Jello. Add the well-drained pineapple, apple, celery and pecans. Mix welland pour into a ring mold. Decorate with spiced crabapples and serve with mayonnaise. Serves 10.

Pepper Cream Dressing

You can purchase green peppercorns packed in vinegar at gourmet food stores and some supermarkets. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving to allow flavors to develop. Makes 1 1/2 Cups

Chunky Chicken Salad

Prepare rotini according to package directions; drain. In large bowl, combine rotini, corn, red pepper, mushrooms, olives, celery, onion, and cheese. In small bowl, blend Italian dressing, mayonnaise, and pepper. Add to saald mixture; toss to coat. Gently stir in chunk chicken. Serve immediately or cover and chill. Refrigerate leftovers.

Three-tomato Salad

Layer mushrooms & sliced tomatoes down the centre of a large platter. Ring with the halved yellow & cherry tomatoes. In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients & drizzle this over the tomatoes. Cover & marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
