Grandma Rampkes Easy Rhubarb Pie

Roll out and place pie crust in bottom of pie plate. Place rhubarb over pie crust and sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar. Beat eggs and add 1/2 cup sugar and milk. Pour mixture over rhubarb. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Chocolate Graham Cracker Pudding Cake

Crumble crackers with melted butter to form crust in bottom of cake pan. Mix pudding with milk until thichens. Add cool whip, mix well. Pour over crust. Lay graham crackers on top & cover with chocolate fudge icing (comes in a can). Serves 12 * means as needed..
