Cookie: Crispie Treats (no Bake)
Melt together marshmallows, margarine, peanut butter and salt in heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth. Pour over combined cereal and candies, tossing lightly until thoroughly coated. With greased fingers, gently shake into 1-1/2-inch balls. Place on waxed paper; cool at room temperature until set. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
Raisin Breakfast Bars
Combine flour, wheat germ, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon. Stir in margarine, honey, egg and vanilla; mix well. Stir in raisins and walnuts. Press mixture firmly into a greased 8- inch square pan. Bake at 350 F for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 10 bars.
Milk Chocolate Frosting
Place chocolate pieces in e safe container. Microwave at full power for 2 1/2 or 3 minutes or until melted, stirring half way through cooking time. Or melt in small saucepan over very low heat. Stir in butter until smooth. Spread over bar cookies.
