Herb And Oil Marinade
Combine ingredients. Allow meat to marinate in shallow glass dish for 4 hours in refrigerator. Baste with marinade during broiling or barbequing.
Garlic Marinara
1. Drain tomatoes and chop. 2. Saute garlic in saute pan with olive oil for one minute or until golden. Remove garlic and add tomatoes. Saute for 4 minutes. Add oregano and parsley. Saute for one more minute.
Herbed Vinegars
Take any fresh herb(basil, parsley, rosemary, sage, thyme, oregano, garlic, etc) and place washed herbs in vinegar in glass bottle. Close tightly and let sit for at least a month. Decant into another container straining through a cheesecloth. Use in salads, soups or sauces to add a little zip!
Teriyaki Grilling Sauce
Put soy in a small bowl. whisk in ground mustard, ginger, garlic and onion. add molasses and stir well. finally, add olive oil mix well, and immediately place one half in bottom of a marinating pan. add meat. cover with remaining marinade. cover. refrigerate. turn 4 times in 24 hours.
Mediterranean Lamb Marinade
