.Prepare any type of stuffing you like….fruit, wild rice, or traditional
sage/bread. Stuff game hen. Cut honeydew melon 1/3 off “top”, cut round
part of bottom off, leaving bottom flat. Hollow out most of the fruit,
place game hen inside, put top over game hen, bake 60-90 min until hen is
done.

This makes a real fun dish if you dont let your guests know what you are
doing. When you put that melon on their plate, they look real
surprised….and even more surprised when they take off the top.
