Ingredients:
1/2 c  chopped onion
1/4 c  chopped celery
2 T  oil
1 1/2 lb tofu (6 small cakes)
3 T arrowroot (or 2 T. cornstarch)
1 T  soy flour
1 c  chopped walnuts (optional)
1 t  salt
3 T  soy sauce
1 c  bread crumbs
1 t  thyme
1/2 c  mayonnaise

Saute onion and celery in oil; mash tofu. Mix all ingredients together and
form into patties. Bake on greased baking dish until browned at 375
degrees (about 20 minutes on each side). ~–
