Ingredients:
1 lb Ricotta cheese
1/2 c  Sugar
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Vanilla
1    Well beaten egg
BASIC PALACSINTA
Powdered sugar
Assorted fruit preserves or
Fresh fruit & brandy

Whip ricotta. Add sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, eggs & mix well. Spoon
filling into palacsintas. Roll up & place side by side in buttered
baking dish. Bake 325 for 20 minutes. Serve warm, sprinkle with sugar
& pass preserves.
