Ingredients:
2 lb Ground Beef
3/16 lb Onions, chopped
3 oz General purpose flour
30 2/3 oz Canned tomatoes, crushed
1/16 oz Mace, ground -or Nutmeg
1/8 oz Salt
3/16 ts Pepper

1. Cook beef with onions in its own fat until beef
loses its pink color, stirring to break apart. Drain
or skim off excess fat. 2. Sprinkle flour over beef;
continue cooking until flour is absorbed. 3. Add
tomatoes, mace or nutmeg, salt and pepper. Stir well.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
4. Serve over Toast, biscuits, rice or pasta.
