STIR IN UNDRAINED TOMATOES,CELERY,ONIONS LENTILS,WATER,TOMATOJUICE,CHILI
POWDER,SUGAR,GARLIC,AND CUMIN.BRING MIXTURE TO A BOIL;REDUCE HEAT.COVER AN
