Ingredients:
4    Cloves garlic, minced
1 tb Onion, minced
2 tb Vegetable oil
1 ts Shrimp paste (blachan)
1 tb Hot chili, minced
1 ts Salt
1 ts Sugar

Heat wok and when hot saute garlic and onion in oil. Add the clachan,
chili, salt and sugar. Continue to cook until sauce is well blended,
stirring constantly. Store in air-tight jar until ready for use. Yields:
1/2 cup
